Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $6.99 or FREE on orders over $50.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99.

Fragile Item Surcharge: A small handling fee may be applied to ensure professional, secure packaging for delicate items.
3. Packaging
We take extreme care in packaging fragile items. Bowls are individually wrapped in bubble wrap or foam and placed in sturdy boxes with ample packing material to prevent movement during transit.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.
