Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the delicate nature of our products, please review this policy carefully.

1. Return & Exchange Window & Conditions
You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following strict conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging. This includes all inner protective materials (bubble wrap, foam, etc.).

  • Hygiene & Safety: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any tableware item that shows signs of use, has been washed, or has been removed from its original protective packaging if it cannot be repackaged with the same level of security.

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used, washed, or damaged items of any kind.

  • Items with chips, cracks, scratches, or any signs of wear, even if minor.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved bowls.

  • Clearance items or items marked "Final Sale."

  • Items not in their original, secure packaging.

3. The Return Process (For Eligible Items)

  1. Contact for Authorization: You must contact our customer service team within the 14-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Secure Packaging: You are responsible for repackaging the item exactly as it was received, using all original packaging and protective materials. We cannot issue a refund for items damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging.

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the securely packaged item to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the return and confirm the item meets our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard any packaging.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the damaged product and all packaging materials.
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
